It’s the frosting my great grandma made. And then my grandma. And then my mom. And now me. It’s the only way I can eat a cinnamon roll. This frosting is made with brown sugar and is a mix between caramel flavor and maple. It is so delicious. And if I’m being honest, this frosting is delicious on cake too - especially apple spice or banana cake. Let me know if you try it out! Great Grandma Child’s Cinnamon Roll Frosting Recipe: 1/2 c butter 1 c brown sugar 1/2 c evaporated milk 3-4 c powder sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional: 1/4 tsp maple flavoring Melt butter and sugar in medium size sauce pan. Add milk and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat. Stir in flavorings and 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Continue adding powdered sugar 1/2 c at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls. This makes a lot of frosting … I can drizzle 2 dozen large cinnamon rolls with a single batch of frosting. Store extra frosting in fridge. Rewarm on the stovetop before using. #sourdoughbaking #sourdoughclub #sourdoughcinnamonrolls #cinnamonrolls #familyrecipe #sourdoughforbeginners #homemadefoodisthebest #homemadefrosting #homemadecinnamonrolls | Nichole | sourdough bread lover | Queen · We Will Rock You (Megan Thee Stallion Version)

290K views · 17K reactions | GLUTEN FREE PUMPKIN BREAD ✨🎃 moist, lower sugar, made in a blender — all the things you want in a delicious and EASY pumpkin bread with a little more nutrition! PS this isn’t gluten-free in a “gluten is bad for everyone” kind of way. It’s gluten-free in a “oats are awesome and the gluten-free girlies deserve an amazing pumpkin bread” kind of way. Gluten is totally fine for those of us who can tolerate it. Here’s how to make it! Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats 1 cup canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling 2 large eggs 2/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves Instructions: Position oven rack to the middle and pre-heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease your loaf pan and line with parchment parchment paper. Set aside. Add all ingredients to a large blender. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This will take about 30-45 seconds. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula so it’s flat in the pan. Transfer to the oven. Bake for about 45-55 minutes, or until the top is set and golden. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly clean, with just a few moist crumbs. Allow pumpkin bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. ****Cool completely to room temperature before slicing or your pumpkin bread will fall apart and be slightly gummy. 1.1M views · 5K reactions | BILL’S BANANA BREAD 🍌 This recipe is hands down the best I’ve ever used - and it’s from my father in law, Bill. He’s famous for it. I normally eat 2 pieces in one sitting, at the very minimum LOL. I personally loooove walnuts in mine, but if you aren’t into nuts exclude! It’s a recipe for everyone 😍 There are a few notes from him on the recipe and I’ll include those as well in the comments. Because trust me, you’re going to want to make this EXACTLY like Bill. INGREDIENTS: 1 2/3 cups all- purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup avocado oil 3 1/2 very ripe bananas peeled and mashed (about 1 1/2 cups) 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp vanilla extract *Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts split (3/4 cup is mixed in batter, 1/4 cup is sprinkled on top before baking) DIRECTIONS: With the rack in the center of the oven, preheat to 325°F. Lightly butter and flour pan(s) of choice. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and set aside. With a stand mixer fitted with the whip attachment, beat together the sugar and eggs on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Switch to low speed and slowly drizzle in the oil, taking your time. (You want to keep all the air you just beat into the mixture). Add the bananas, sour cream, and vanilla, and continue to mix on low speed just until combined. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the flour mixture thoroughly combined. No flour streaks should be visible. Using a spatula, mix in 3/4C of chopped walnuts Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan(s) and bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours for a 9×5-inch loaf, and about 50 minutes for three 6×3-inch loaves. The loaves should be golden brown on top and the cake will spring back when you press it. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes, remove from the pan and let cool completely on the wire rack. Note* makes one 9×5-inch loaf, or three 6×3-inch loaves, or 4 small loaves, or 24 muffins. #fyp #bananabread #banana #easyrecipe #recipe #recipeshare #breakfast #easybreakfast #snack #recipes | Nashville Cheese Gal | kellywearstler · Original audio

8K views · 7.7K reactions | Cinnamon roll pull apart You’ll need: Two boxes of puff pastry (each box should have two puff pastry sheets inside). 1/4 cup of softened butter 1 1/3 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons cinnamon 1 beaten egg for egg wash Cream cheese frosting: 4 oz room temp cream cheese 3 tablespoons softened butter 3/4 cup powdered (confectioners) sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Method: Cut each puff pastry sheet into a circle, mine were 10 inches in diameter. You can use a plate as your guide. Then mix up the brown sugar and cinnamon. Lay your first dough circle on a parchment lined baking sheet, spread 1/3 of the softened butter over it evenly and then spread 1/3 of your cinnamon sugar mixture over that. Repeat with the second and third dough circles. You’ll lay the fourth circle on top and leave it. Now find something small (about 2 inches in diameter) to be your guide and place that in the middle of your stack. You’re going to cut 16 pieces, so start by quartering it, halving your quarters and then halving those until you have 16 even pieces. Now take two of the strips and twist them away from each other two times and then pinch the ends together. Repeat this around your entire snowflake. Reshape as needed and brush with egg wash. Bake in the oven at 400 for about 20 mins, until golden brown. While it’s baking, cream your butter and cream cheese with either a hand or stand mixer and then add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix on medium high until well combined. Once you take your snowflake from the oven, allow it to cool for a few minutes, brush on your frosting and then dust with powdered sugar.
