Methi Na Muthiya
METHI NA MUTHIYA Method - take 1 cup of Methi and Palak Leaves • - add some salt • - and basic masala - 2 tsp Dhaniya powder, 1 tsp Haldi Powder and 1/2 tsp Asafoetida • - add 1 tbs white sesame seeds, 1 tsp ajwain, 1-2 tsp sugar • - add 1 tbs pounded ginger, garlic & green chilli • - add 1 tbs oil & 1/2 lime juice • - mix everything well; let moisture release from green vegetables • - add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup Bajra atta, 1/4 cup besan • - mix everything well • (if you need, sprinkle some water) • - Muthiya dough is ready • - give it small cylinder shape and steam for 20-25 min on medium flame • - then take it out and cut into small pieces • - Give tadka of mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, and some curry leaves • Enjoy this healthy powerhouse Methi Palak Muthi
