45K views · 1.5K reactions | When I was young, milk that was just about to go bad in the fridge meant that my mom would make chocolate pudding #viral | By Kaleb Wise | Growing up, if we had milk just about to go bad, it was time to make pudding but guess what? As an adult, you can make pudding anytime with any milk and it's absolutely delicious. Let's make some. Start with two cups of any milk right in your saucepan. Add one half cup of brown sugar, one half cup white granulated sugar, 1third cup all-purpose flour, two tablespoons cocoa powder, and a half teaspoon kosher salt. Set this over medium low heat and whisk until it's smooth. Once it begins to bubble and it becomes thick and coat the back of a spoon, take it off the heat. Off heat, add two egg yolks and whisk them in. Add the pudding back to the heat and cook for just about another minute until it's thick. After one minute and it's really thick. Let's add one/ 4 cup of your favorite chocolate chip, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk it until it's smooth. You can eat this straight out of the saucepan when it's hot. You can let it chill fully in the fridge. It will set up. You can even put it in a pie shell if you wanted to but this, this is the best chocolate pudding. I think you're going to agree.

Homemade Beef Rice-A-Roni - Plain Chicken
Homemade Beef Rice-A-Roni - never use the boxed stuff again! This looked and tasted just like the real thing! I had to tell my husband that I made the rice from scratch - not a box. Rice, pasta, beef broth, beef bouillon, onion powder, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper and chopped carrots. Seriously delicious - tons of great beefy flavor! We make this all the time - SO much better than the box.
Collins Country on Instagram: "Our Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar is DONE: How to grow a mother, strain the apples and store the vinegar! It really is that easy!!! I love turning our Apple scraps into Apple cider vinegar! And I love growing a mother. It’s so fascinating!!!!! Once the bubbling and fermentation stops, DO NOT touch the vinegar. Let it sit there for a few days and you’ll see the mother start to form. Once she’s thick enough to pick up (mine took 4 days after the bubbling stopped) just pick her up and set her in the jar you’ll use to store your apple cider vinegar. And that’s it!!!! SO EASY! Homemade apple cider vinegar is shelf stable for at least 5 years so go make some! ❤️ #applecidervinegar #appleseason #canning #tipsandtricks #fall #moneysavingtips #cookingtips #learn #e

Brown... | By Kitchentool | Ketchup. Ketchup, I'm going to show you guys how to make a homemade ketchup. It's so good and it's so easy. So, let me show you how. In a saucepan, you need to add 12 ounces of tomato paste. It doesn't matter the brand, just 12 ounces. Then, you want to add one cup of water Next add one cup of apple cider vinegar. You could use white distilled vinegar but the apple cider just gives it a sweetness and a crisp. Now add one tablespoon of brown sugar. You don't have to use brown sugar. You can use honey. You can use any kind of sweetener you like or you don't have to use any sweetener at all. Next you want to add one tablespoon of onion powder. A heaping teaspoon of chili powder. The chili powder just adds a spicy tanginess. Then add a tablespoon of garlic powder. Add a pinch of salt. You don't have to add salt if you don't want. And just mix it up and bring it to a simmer and when your mixture begins to simmer just allow it to simmer now for about 20 minutes. Be sure to stir to prevent the splatter so much. And after 20 minutes of simmering on a low heat, this is how it looks. Essentially your ketchup is finished but now you just need to chill it for about an hour before you enjoy it. So put it in a container that you want to store it in. I'm just going to use a big jar just like that. Now it makes about three cups. So if you don't need this much then just definitely half the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator to chill for about an hour. And after an hour in the fridge your ketchup's ready to use. Use it on your French fries, meatloaf, eggs, whatever you like to use ketchup with. It's that easy. And just like that you have homemade
