Cheesesteak Tortellini with Rich Provolone Sauce 🧀🥩
Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini, cooked Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté beef until browned, then set aside. In the same skillet, cook onion and bell pepper until tender. Add heavy cream, provolone, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is smooth. Combine cooked tortellini with beef and vegetables in the sauce. Serve warm for a comforting, cheesy meal. Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini
Ingredients : 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini 1 tblspn olive oil 1 large onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 2 cups sliced mushrooms 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 cup beef broth 2 tbspns Worcestershire sauce 1 cup shredded provolone cheese Directions: Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until veggies are tender. Increase heat to medium-high, add beef steak to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beef is browned. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add cooked tortellini to the skillet, and toss to combine, add provolone.
