It can be prepped in advance and kept in the fridge until you’re ready to cook. What you need: * 2 packs chicken thighs (800-900g) * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 Punnet mushrooms, sliced * 2 handfuls of spinach * 2 Packet of smoked bacon lardons (300-400g) * 1 carton of sour cream (250g) * 1 tsp Aromat or use salt and pepper as I did here. * 1 tsp Strong mustard (I used colmans old English mustard, Dijon would be perfect too) * 1-2 tsp agave nectar or honey (I used two) * 80g Mature cheddar * 1 kg baby potato cut into small cubes * 2-3 tsp cornflour * 100ml water * Salt and pepper - Preheat oven or airfryer to 220
