15min · 4 servings INGREDIENTS • 3 c shredded mozzarella cheese • 2 oz cream cheese • 1 c almond flour • 1 lg egg INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat the oven to 425°F. • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese for on high 90 seconds. Stir the cheese mixture, and heat for 20-second increments until competely melted, stirring each time. • Allow the cheese mixture to cool for one minute. Stir in the almond flour and then the egg until completely incorporated. • Layer a piece of parchment paper on a pizza pan. Wet your hands and roll out the dough evenly to a half-inch thickness. Poke the dough 15-20 times with a fork to prevent bubbling. • Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and poke any bubbling areas again. Bake an additional 2-4 minutes until evenly b

45min · 10 servings Start with finely grating 1 zucchini. I grated mine into a tea towel so I could squeeze the access liquid out before adding to the other ingredients. In a large bowl combine 2 cups of almond flour, ½ cup granulated sweetner, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup avocado oil, ½ tsp vanilla and the grated zucchini. Mix together and then fold in ¾ cup of sugar free chocolate chips. Place mixture into a sprayed bread pan then top with more chocolate chips, I use Lily’s for almost all my recipes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and enjoy! So who’s making this next?
