23 reactions | Xiomara’s alcohol free bachelorette party! 💖 My maid of honor and I don’t drink and I told the group to let me know if they want me to buy any booze because I didn’t want to take any leftovers home. I made it clear that I don’t mind if they drink but obviously I would love it if they chose to go AF for the weekend. I know some people aren’t ready to lose the social crutch of booze and I didn’t want to make anyone’s choice for them. Courtney chimes in that she wasn’t going to drink and no one else said anything so I didn’t buy any. I thought someone would grab a drink at dinner or when we went clubbing but everyone stayed alcohol free for the weekend! We had such a fun relaxing busy weekend! One girl commented that she had been to boozey bachelorettes before but she never could remember the conversations. I really wanted to facilitate more community so I created a few games and events so the girls could get to know each other better. The first game was to guess what each girl wanted to be when they grew up. You couldn’t answer if you already knew. Once everyone guessed, the person would say their name and reveal what they wanted to be. It was fun starting off getting to know their inner child and seeing what people thought!
