DAINTY BITE on Instagram: "This is how i make beef brisket in the oven. This recipe is so helpful anytime of the year or if you have no access to a grill or a smoker. Don’t take my word for it, just check all the positive reviews and comments. You’ll be happy with the results every time. You will need: 7 pounds trimmed beef brisket 1 cup barbecue seasoning: a mix of ( 3 tbsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder) 1/2 tbsp black pepper. barbecue sauce to serve. Preparation: Line the pan with foil and parchment paper. Brush with canola or vegetable oil on both sides. Season the brisket liberally on both sides. For this recipe I added 1 cup of seasoning mix. Definitely a recipe to try while the sun is shining☀️ SHARE & SAVE THIS RECIPE👇🏽 Ingredients 4 corn-on-the-cobs juice of 1 lime For the spiced butter 3 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder zest of 2 limes handful of coriander leaves chopped generous pinch of salt 1. To make the spiced butter, combine the melted butter, chilli powder, lime zest, chopped coriander and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside 2. Cook the corn-on-the-cobs over an open flame or this can be done on a bbq as well until lightly charred all over 3. Place the hot corn on a serving plate and smear the spiced butter over each cob. Squeeze over a little lime juice before serving. #bbq #butta
