Easy Air-Fried Tofu Balls Recipe (Vegan, Gluten-Free Option)
Another air-fryer recipe: Air-Fried Tofu Balls! These are made with tofu and a few other basic ingredients. These are super easy to put together and you can leave the rest to your air-fryer or oven to cook down. These are great as a finger food or snack with your dipping sauce of choice or as a hearty main paired with rice. You can turn this into Sweet Chili Tofu Balls that are great with rice!

Another fun thing you can make with daikon! I used up the leftover one from my red braised daikon (recipe right before this one on my page 🫶🏼). It’s super easy to make and makes a great snack or side dish! Crispy outside 💥 pillowy and chewy inside, with the very unique aroma and natural sweetness from daikon 🤤 Instead of using flour to make a batter, I used two layers or rice paper and they worked perfectly fine.
