1. You need to bring up your VMO. Bulgarians are a good quad exercise but they bias the VL. 
If you are in late stages of ACL rehab then these may be appropriate. You’ve already done TKE’s and back squats but your VMO is still lagging. Add these every other week. On the other week do slow eccentric step ups or deficit step ups.

2. You’re short on time. Like I said, the Bulgarian is a good quad exercise but not a great one. It’s a great glute exercise. If you wanted a full leg workout for quads you’d want to add deep squats and leg extensions to these. But if you don’t have the time then add a band and get more bang for the buck.
