You aren’t building up the capacity to hold the handstand and balance on your palms/fingers, you’re building the capacity to balance while moving around like a headless chook 😂 2️⃣ Try to limit excessive arching. Either coming closer to the wall or bend one knee! Some arching as you learn is okay and part of the process though, just don’t go overboard 3️⃣ Handstand pushups should always be stomach to wall. Back to wall is super hard to get right without arching and doesn’t mimic a normal handstand pushup movement pattern.
