I’m not even sure how to put this experience into words. I'm not sure what would convey the wonder, and awe and reverence, and deep shifting that we individually and collectively experienced. . . . I had no idea how to do it. In moments I could feel a sense of it, but also that there was a very distinct, very important missing piece. And I didn't know what it was, so I asked.

"Can you imagine being there, witnessing this beautiful moment? What did they feel? What did they say to each other?"

I heard a slipping sound & suddenly the painting fell. Glass was everywhere, but the painting remained intact. I felt such a loss. It was brand new. It was an Easter surprise. We left the glass off the painting as reminder. Each time I look at it I remember hearing the shattering glass & that feeling of total loss. And then I remember seeing the picture of the Savior whole & complete, & the peace, comfort, & realization that He can fix it all. (art: “Faith That He Lives” by Kate Lee)
