BeKids Pediatric Therapy on Instagram: "So the kids had no school today because it was too cold. (I don’t remember having days off for that as a child 🤷🏻‍♀️) Anyway, so we put the kids to work! The first video is a great vestibular exercise and works on strength as well. Seriously I tried this the other day and I almost puked. I guess I need to do it more! Hahaha. The next video is a great core strengthening exercises. This little one is a gymnast and already has a pretty strong core.
