📋 Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
1 scoop (30g) whey protein isolate
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
1 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (add more if needed)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
pinch of stevia (optional)
Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients except almond milk. Mix batter then dizzle in almond milk until batter is a pancake consistency.
