Natalie Chassay on Instagram: "This is original, delicious and so damn good to look at. You’ll be the only one to bring something like this to thanksgiving so I highly recommend making it. It’s so easy: the squash gets roasted in olive oil, salt, honey and lots of chilli flakes until super super golden and caramelised and whilst it’s roasting you whip up the relish as if you’re making a salad out of it: chopped up radicchio, roasted and crushed pecans, feta, dried cranberries, lemon juice, salt and olive oil. It’s a killer combo! INGREDIENTS: 1 butternut squash, sliced into thin crescents, keep skin on 1 small head radicchio, chopped 1 cup pecans, toasted in oven for about 10 mins on 180c and roughly chopped Half a cup or so of dried cranberries, roughly chopped 1 block feta, crumbled

I am absolutely putting this on the Christmas table and so should you! ❤️ Ingredients: 3 x heads cauliflower sliced into 1.5cm steaks, keeping the root intact so it doesn’t fall apart (3 heads makes about 10 slices. I save any excess florets that fall off for another meal) Half to a whole cup double cream A splash of milk of choice Half a cup grated cheddar Half a cup grated mozzarella A huge grating of Parmesan 1 heaped tbsp Dijon mustard 1 to 2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 to 2 tsp ground black pepper Olive oil Salt A scatter of panko breadcrumbs For the parsley sauce, blitz until smooth a small bunch flat parsley with a quarter cup olive oil, generous pinch of salt, juice of about 1.5 lemons and about a 1/3 cup extra
