Lord commanders

Some of the larger commanders and nobles charged with taking care of the provinces their in charge of like lands people castles and soldiers placed under they're control they answer directly too the generals and use their land supply's and troops accordingly allowing legions too station themselves there in exchange for land and riches and control several castles for the empire in their province often with their own small capital
