My First Meals | Grace Mortimer on Instagram: "Veggie Gratin Pasta Bake 🧡💚 . . . INGREDIENTS: 250g pasta 1 courgette grated 3 carrots grated 300ml double cream 1 cup of grated Parmesan . METHOD: Turn the oven to 180. Cooked the pasta according to packet instructions, then drain it. Add the pasta to a large ovenproof dish along with the grated courgette, carrot, double cream and half the Parmesan. Give it a good mix and then top with the remaining Parmesan. Bake at 180 for 30 minutes. After which, remove it and you’re done! That’s it! . Serve! This is very much a fridge-raid style dinner! Boil or steam broccoli and sweet potatoes until soft, then let them cool. 2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper. 3. Mash the veggies, mix with cheese, form tots, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
