Megan Moos| Wellness tips for rural moms on Instagram: "Homemade Strawberry “Nesquik” Ingredients: 2 cups freeze dried strawberries 3/4 - 1 cup sugar or monk fruit depending on how sweet you want it(I used a little under 1 cup of monk fruit) 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (Amare or Just Ingredients are my favorite brands - linked in my bio) Directions: Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until thoroughly combined and it’s a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a dark cool location (pantry). To use: Mix 2 tbsp of strawberry powder in 1 cup milk of choice. Stir or use a frother until the powder has dissolved. ✨follow along for more homestead life✨ #homesteadlife #homemaker #homesteading #homestead #homemadefood"
