Filipino Recipes on Instagram: "Okoy 🦐 Batter - 175g cold water - 180g cornstarch - 15ml patis - 10g black pepper - 15 shrimp - 1 red onion - 1 bunch chives - Salt - Veggies: carrot, sweet potato, squash, 1. In a large bowl, combine sliced carrot, pumpkin, red onion, sweet potato, and bean sprouts. Season with salt and mix well. 2. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to season the veg as well as draw out moisture 3. Once done, wash the veg and squeeze out all the water. 4. Transfer to a bowl and add chopped shrimp and chives. 5. Make the batter in a separate bowl and pour to the veg mix 6. Form patties and shallow fry in a 170C oil for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown 7. Serve with vinegar dipping sauce, which consists of white vinegar, fish sauce, red onion, garlic, and chili. 🎥 @vidfa

Lami kaayo!😋 Ingredients: 2 cups rice flour (non-glutinous) 3/4 cup sugar 2 tsp instant yeast 1/2 tsp salt 400ml coconut milk Directions: -In a large bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Mix until well-combined. -Add coconut milk, whisk until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour. -Meanwhile, wipe the banana leaves to remove the dirt, then quickly heat over the stove for a few seconds. -Line the molds with banana leaves. Trim the excess leaves around the edges. -After 1 hour, remove the cover then pour the batter into each molder up to 3/4 full. -Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes

I’m sure type niyo din to! 💜😍💜 Ube Cheese Puto Recipe: 125g All Purpose Flour 100g White Sugar 150ml Evaporated Milk 1 L Egg 2 tsbp (28g) Butter, melted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Ube Extract, or more if desired 1 tbsp Baking Powder Cheese for toppings Once kumulo ang water niyo, set it to low fire to make it a soft simmer bestfriend, para mas maganda also ng puto natin. 10-12minutes lang, then check with toothpick for doneness.
