I used the Christmas tree and gingerbread cookie cutter and made ours, but there are so many options. I know the snowman one would also be really cute! To make these just cut out your preferred shapes from corn tortillas. Save your scraps, you can easily cook and use for tortilla strips or crunchy topping for salads! Heat up neutral oil in your pan. once your oil is hot, add the tortillas and cook until golden. This should take about 90seconds or so. Remove and place on paper towels. Transfer to a bowl, season with salt (and lime if preferred) and enjoy! You don’t have to bake something if that’s not your thing.
