Comment - I'm undecided on the photo in the title. Regardless of whether freedom of panorama covers election posters, freedom of panorama in Germany doesn't cover works of art. It could be argued though that the election poster is not the only thing depicted in this photograph and isn't its focal point. The two other ones should probably be deleted.
