Social relationship different from "leadership alpha" between two horses (a gelding and a mare). A good example of a "win-win" relationship, just like the w:positive reinforcement based relationship between the horse and the trainer in w:clicker training. Something related to passive leadership advocated in horse training by w:Mark Rashid.
