Viper was a torpedo boat built by Yarrow at Poplar, London. Work started in 1895, the ship was launched in January 1896 and delivered to the Navy of Austria-Hungary later that year. In 1910 it became Torpedoboot 17. In 1920 it was ceded to France and broken up.
