Names for categories

Let me be the millionth user to ask this: is it right to have categoreis whose title is in Italian? I'm Italian, and I was going to give some pictures their proper category (as Ventimiglia is in Liguria, Beans in Ventimiglia.jpg should go to Category:Cucina Ligure and so on...) but before undertaking a lot of edits... should Category:Cucina abruzzese etc. be renamed Category:Cuisine of Abruzzi or something similar in English language?
