File:ROKA 102 Rep

[edit]
Please include a evidence of "modified EXIF". — Revi 05:28, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know what is going on here, but something may be strange with File:Parade ground and Barracks of ROKA 102 Replacement depot.jpg. The file was uploaded to Commons on 4 August 2014 in high resolution. The same picture appears here in low resolution and a watermark. The Daum page seems to be dated 16 January 2013, i.e. prior to 4 August 2014. The server seems to report that the picture was last modified on 14 July 2014, which is also earlier than the upload date to Commons. Neither copy has any "사진기의 데이터". I do not find any evidence that any of the other pictures were used outside Commons before being uploaded here. --Stefan4 (talk) 23:32, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
User clains that the "사진기의 데이터(=EXIF)" has been modified. (and I have never heard of "XANMING CAMERA".....) The other deletion rationale is COM:NCR which is not deleteable by itself. — Revi 10:22, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
And uploader has been locked, part of childporn happened on new years' holiday. (See AN archive) — Revi 10:25, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There are photos taken using several different cameras made by several different manufacturers. I have never heard of any of the manufacturers. This could mean that something is wrong.
The child pornography report in AN archive #50 seems to be about a different user (Special:ListFiles/Ilhuween) with similar pictures, also taken using cameras made by manufacturers I have never heard of. --Stefan4 (talk) 10:32, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, WMF-OFFICE locked this uploader and Ilhuween and some more within short time, that possibly means that they are in fact a sock. — Revi 14:48, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
