Why exactly this image should be free? Published 1970s, so after 1963. Unknown photographer definetly not dead since 70 years. Marcus Cyron (talk) 04:48, 16 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. I just stumbled on this image and I agree this doesn't cut the mustard. This appears to be a promotional pic from the TV show Kaz, which began airing in late 1978. This means that the "This work is in the public domain in the United States because it was published in the United States between 1924 and 1977 without a copyright notice." has no basis.
