Includes personal information of a wikipedian without his permission. I'am an anonymous user, i don't want anyone to share my personal information. I am very upset about someone posted something like this. LostMyMind (talk) 19:39, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep, Someone can see the deceased Wikipedian's name and his image via his user page in trwiki. The user's death announced in 2019 in trwiki, you can see the post here. Also, you can see his name via using this Turkish government's source. I uploaded his grave's photo for commemorating him, I do not think that the image contains private personal information. His name, image and death date was announced. In addition, everyone can go to Paşaköprü Cemetery and visit his grave. The graveyard is open to everyone so his grave is not confidential. Also, giving information about deceased Wikipedians is appropriate. Please click to this link to see the examples. Kadı Message 22:40, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Speedy delete Sharing the non-public personel data is disallowed and needs an oversight action. The deceased user preferred to use his real name in Wikipedia as an username and shared his photograph under the Creative Commons license. These are public personal data and therefore it is safe to keep them (the ones shared on Wikipedia are limited to these). However; date of death and birth and the surname that the deceased user did not share on Wikipedia publicly are non-public personel data and these can not be shared. An oversight action is needed if these data are shared. As a matter of fact, a discussion about this issue on Turkish Wikipedia, started in the Village Pump, was rightfully hidden by an oversight (see page history). I think this photo also contains non-public personal data and it should be deleted immediately. A user with sysop rights uploading a photo containing non-public personal data and defending it to remain requires his/her sysop rights to be discussed.
