Description Blutegel-Palais. 1847 bis 1850 Wohnhaus des Majors, und späteren Generals, Karl Ludwig Gerwien (1799–1858). Das Gebäude stand in der Schöneberger Straße 16 im Winkel mit der Luckenwalder Straße. In den nahe gelegenen Teichen wurden früher Blutegel gezüchtet. Rechts ist die Gimbergsche Windmühle und das Wohnhaus des Müllers Rauchfuß zu sehen, die in den 1860er Jahren verschwanden. Der Blutegel-Palais verschwand in den 1870er Jahren.
