Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Show the fate of several gliadin peptides in coeliac disease or gluten dependent exercise induced anaphylaxis. "33mer, the DQ2.5 immunodominant proteolytic fragment, 57-89, of alpha-2 gliadin. "25mer" the innate peptide, 31-55, of alpha-9 gliadin. The "CXCR3" binding site is locates in QVLQQSTYQLLQELCCQHLW peptide from alpha-9 glaidin. The exact sequence of omega-5 gliadin is not known. The "33mer" and omega-5 gliadin peptide are further activate by human tissue transglutaminase on the laminar side of the membrane. The deamidated 33mer is bound by APC and presented to T-helper cells. The innate "25mer" stimulate mononuclear and other cells releasing stimulatory IL15. The "CXCR3" binding domain binds the epithelial cell, through a cascade results in the weakening of tight junction, allowing larger peptides to enter. The omega-5 gliadin enters the blood stream and activated Mast cells and Eosinophils when bound by IgE.
