English: This is one of the steps in the process of banana paper making in Rwanda. This is a form of art that have been introduced by a Japanese artist called kumiko tsuda as a solution to conserve and preserve the banana plant. Banana paper is commonly used in art works such as making postcards, lampshades, canvases and so forth
