Description
English: Vasco da Gama's autograph, reads "Ho Comde Almirante (The Admiral Count)". Digitally traced from Narrative and Critical History of America, Volume 2, first published in 1886. Digitized version of the original work can be found on Google Ebook http://bit.ly/UobfNT . This upload is to replace older, incorrect image http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/63/Vasco_da_gama_signature.svg , which drops first "a" in "almirante".
