Majority or minority?

@Beshogur and Fobos92: The ethnic composition of northwestern Xinjiang does seem to show a Kazakh majority in some counties. Let's not forget about areas with minority Kazakh population in Xinjiang. --Geographyinitiative (talk) 00:45, 8 May 2020 (UTC) (modified)
