Here’s how: Ingredients: • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 teaspoon salt (plus extra for sprinkling) • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed • 2 tablespoons cold whole milk Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper 2. In a food processor, combine the shredded cheese, flour, and salt, pulsing until mixed. Add the cubed butter and pulse until the mixture forms crumbs 3. Add the cold milk and pulse until the dough comes together and holds its shape when pressed 4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a thin rectangle, less than 1/8 inch thick 5. Cut the dough into 1-inch squares using a knife, pizza cutter, or fluted pastry wheel, and poke a hole in the center of each square with a skewer 6. Place the squares on the prepared baking sheets and sprinkle with additional salt 7. Bake for 17–20 minutes, or until the bottoms are deep golden brown. Lighter crackers will be less crispy. Cool completely before enjoying! #homemade #snacktime #snacks #recipe #recipes | Toby Blais

I love this time of year because I start to add marshmallows to my coffee ☕️ Ingredients - 2 tbsp gelatin (I use @perfect supplements use “withlinds10” for 10% off) - 1/2 cup of water infused with marshamallow root (if you dont have marshmallow root you can skip) - 1/2 cup of maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract - pinch of salt Directions 1. Grease a baking loaf pan with butter - or you can use parchment paper. 2. In your mixer, combine 1/4 cup of water and the gelatin. 3. In a separate pan, combine 1/4 cup of water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Heat this over medium heat until it reaches 240 degrees F. 4. Turn your mixer on and combine step 2 with step 3 ingredients. 5. Turn the mixer on high for around 10 minutes. When it is ready the mixture will be a marshmallow cream with peaks. 6. When it’s done put the marshmallow mixture into the prepared pan. Allow marshmallows to set overnight. I usually put them in the fridge. 7. Remove the next morning and cut them up into cubes. 8. Add to beverages or just eat plain!
