Something like this for a detailed task schedule. Time block each day and put each employees name in a column. That way we can find our name and see what we should each be doing at what time that day. You can even make each type of task a different color, like whatever is considered “marketing” is written in green, pawn is purple and dp is blue. So we can manage each area of responsibilities and get everything scheduled so it gets done
