The living room was going to be bright white, until I realized it wasn’t going to work. White doesn’t lighten every space, it depends on the amount of natural light and how the light reflects or “bounces” off the walls. In this case, the screened porch is attached to this room, which doesn’t make it the lightest and brightest even during the middle of the day. So, it’s better to go soft instead of stark, like Palace Pearl (Benjamin Moore CW650). Very light blue, with a touch of gray.
