Day 5 : Skandamata (Navratri Goddess)
Goddess Skandmata who is worshipped on the fifth day is also known as Panchami. Skandmata is a four-armed deity, who carries a lotus in two of her arms with a sacred Kamandalu and a bell in the other two. She also carries a little Kartikay on her lap and because of this Kartikay is also known as Skanda. She is seated on a lotus.
Day 2 : Brahmacharini 🙏 Happy Navratri
Hindus worship Brahmacharini on the second day of Navaratri, known as Dwitiya. Her name means "one who practices ardent austerity." She enlightens us about the majestic Durga incarnation, which possesses enormous strength and exquisite grace. According to Hinduism, she bestows pleasure, tranquility, wealth, and grace upon every one of her worshippers and she is on the path to liberation or Moksha. Devotees offer Goddess Brahmacharini sugar for the longevity of the family members.
Day 7: Kaalratri (Navratri Goddess)
Saptami or the seventh day of Navratri is of Goddess Kaalratri. As per legends she sacrificed her skin colour and embraced a dark complexion to kill demons. She is a four-armed deity who rides a donkey, carries a sword, a trident, and a noose. She has a third eye on her forehead that is believed to contain the entire universe.

Day 9: Siddhidatri (Navratri Goddess)
Maa Siddhidatri is the ninth form of Maa Durga, and her name means the one who gives us power. Devotees worship her on Maha Navami, and it is believed that she takes away ignorance from her devotees and grants them knowledge. She also bestows them with all types of siddhis (accomplishments), and even Lord Shiva got all siddhis by the grace of Goddess Siddhidatri. She also provides direction and energy to planet Ketu and governs it.
Day 8: Mahagauri (Navratri Goddess)
Durga Asthami or the eight-day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Mahagauri. She is a four-armed deity who rides on a bull or a white elephant. She carries a Trishul and a damru in her hands.
Day 6 : Katyayini (Navratri Goddess)
The sixth day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Katyayani, who is a form of Shakti. Also known as the warrior goddess, Katyayani is considered as one of the most violent forms of Goddess Parvati. She has four arms and carrying a sword. She is the daughter of Sage Katyayan.
