Go Charity! I knew this girl was great :) Chef Charity Teague’s chocolate sculpture received first place in the Most Artistic Sculpture category; her truffles earned second place for Best Tasting Truffle Samples. A chocolate creation by Chef Charity Teague, pastry chef at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, landed her top honors at the 21st annual Chocolate Fantasy gala, the hotel announced this week. 03/26/15: Albuquerque Business First - Pastry Chef Charity Teague Recognition. Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa’s pastry chef Charity Teague received awards in three categories at the 23rd annual Chocolate Fantasy Gala benefitting the New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation. The event was held March 14, 2015, and included dining and entertainment.
