Ingredients 
☕1 tbsp coffee powder
☕1+ 1/2 cup milk
☕1 tbsp honey
☕4 tbsp chia seeds 
☕2-3 tbsp dark chocolate, melted

Method- 
1. In a blender, combine coffee powder, milk and honey. Blend until smooth and frothy
2. Pour the blended cold coffee into a shallow dish and stir in chia seeds.
3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until the pudding thickens to desired consistency.

⭐️How to make it⭐️

1 cup berries, mashed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Optional Toppings: chopped berries, granola, pumpkin seeds, cashews, raw honey 

Combine mashed berries, chia seeds, maple syrup and Greek yogurt together, then let sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Add desired toppings.

One of the best favours to combine and one of my all time favourite flavours of chia pudding to enjoy in the morning for an extra energy boost!  This is a variation of my classic coffee chia pudding that adds 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. Full recipe below and I’ll link the coffee chia pudding recipe in my bio as well!   MOCHA LATTE CHIA PUDDING  * 1/4 cup chia seeds * 1 tbsp cocoa powder * 3/4 cup milk of choice (use at least half coconut milk for an extra creamy chia pudding)  * 1/4 cup coffee or espresso  * 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey * 1 tsp vanilla extract  Instructions:   Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or a jar until combined.
