After the buns come out of the oven, we brush them with melted butter to make them even more delicious. We turned these into mini buns, but if you want to make regular-sizes buns, just divide the dough into 8 equal portions and bake for 15–18 minutes instead.

I N G R E D I E N T S: 
For Buns - 
1 cup chickpeas (uncooked & soaked overnight) 
2 tbsp isabgol 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 tbsp ACV 
1/2 cup water 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 tbsp oregano 
1 tbsp chilli flakes 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds 

Assemble - 
1 tbsp chipotle cheese spread (comment if you want the recipe) 
Lettuce 
Grilled Paneer Cubes 

M E T H O D : 
- Bake for 40 mins at 180C 
- Serve with chipotle cheese spread
