This is the saddest part. Sophie clings to C forever hoping to get a love from him that he is unwilling to give her & because he allows her to do whatever she wants there/no rules. I know she told the mediator she wanted to live at his house. I'm not mad at her. I love her & understand her. I can't be mad at her. But I keep asking myself, "How do you help someone who won't help themself?" My heart keeps whispering, "You can't. You can only love her." It's so hard to hear. It makes me cry.
