Look What i Found on Instagram: "When you get the crafting bug and want to try something new!
I thoroughly enjoyed getting creative with the new @kmartaus Plaster Casting Resin, moulds, dyes and mix-ins!
It took a little experimenting before I could perfect these so hopefully I can make it easier for you!
My tips:
*make sure you get the ratios right ( I also filled the moulds with water and measured the volume to be sure!)
*take plaster casts out of moulds no later than 30 mins
*avoid over filling moulds with mix-ins they can take up the space where the plaster resin needs to go.
*use the specific dyes, powders that match the plaster resin.
*use a sealant for a protective finish.
