Getting plenty of protein on a plant-based diet can be EASY

I don’t believe that you have to use protein powders or mock meats to get it done, although…

It can make it easier, especially if you’re trying to hit a high number

As a CrossFit athlete, I’ve eat mostly WFPB and gluten-free and smash more than enough protein 💪 

As a reminder, I don’t track calories or macros, I’m an intuitive eater 💜

Breakfast Sandwich
GF toast (use Dave’s Killer bread for 8 extra grams of protein)
Avocado
Tomato
Micro greens
Tofu
@sietefoods jalapeño sauce
Loads of fresh fruit (’tis the season)

Yogurt Parfait
Berries

Here’s some ideas⬇️

Breakfast items to include (high protein): 
Eggs (scrambled or boiled) 
Greek yogurt
Oats 
Quinoa 
Protein bagel 
Protein smoothie 

Lunch:
Chicken & brown rice protein bowl 
Double protein chicken salad 
Salmon salad 
Veggie smoothie 
Quinoa bowl 
Chicken or beef tacos w/ low calorie tortillas 

Dinner: 
▫️Meats- salmon , chicken, shrimp, 
▫️Sides- beans, brown rice, mashed/ baked potato,
