My hair grew out nicely. I thought i was ready for starter locks so put two-strand twists in my hair and cut off the perm. I figured that it would be easier to cut off the perm with my hair already twisted. I also thought that it would be easier than trying to twist my hair when it was shorter for starter locs. Simple 🤌🏽😍♥️✨ Juicy 💦 Small 2 Strand Starter Locs There’s no secret product, just simple technique. You gotta twist tight and ALL THE WAY DOWN. It takes a little longer especially if the client has longer hair but the results are worth it I promise. Don’t be lazy with it. Twisting tightly gives a cleaner look and reduces “buldging” or “bunching” in the locs. Moisture of course, a lot of it. The twist should just flow through your hands which will also help increase your speed. Water and oil is really all you need, but i do use foam wrap.
