514K views · 13K reactions | #ad Talk about a staircase glow up! Now that it’s spring I have a list of projects I plan to knock out and this quick 2 day project I can now check off my list! We decided to tackle this one now because @loweshomeimprovement is having their Soringfest event and select brands of paint are buy on get one half off!! When you buy as much paint as we do it can add up so the savings is definitely worth it! We used pre-made 7.25” wide shiplap boards and attached them with Loctite adhesive to the wall. We used a few nails where needed and painted it with the colors Repose Gray and Pure White, both by Sherwin-Williams. We then trimmed out the sides and added a picture frame molding around the window to finish out the project. I love how this staircase is now a beautiful focal point and not just a big blank wall, especially with how open this space is to the rest of our home!
