Keeping existing wood floors, either refinish per contractor bid or paint (see sample black and white diamond paint on wood floor). Install replacement double vinyl windows per specs for wet areas (i.e., showers). Install shower that incorporates the windows, tiled with white subway tile on all three walls. Install black industrial-styled glass door at front. Build in bench and wall niche for shampoos. Install vanity cabinet (painted black) with Carrara marble top. Run GFI outlet near sink, electric for wall sconce over sink, canned ceiling light over shower, flush-mount ceiling light in water closet area. Frame in sitting area and closet. Doors into bathroom and sitting area. Find salvage door(s) for bathroom entry. See board for inspiration.
