We always serve ours with all of the toppings and it’s so good 🍂 CREAMY ENCHILADA SOUP RECIPE: 3-4 chicken breast 1 yellow onion 3 jalapeños (I deseed ours) 1 can corn 2 cans black beans (drained) 2 cans rotel 1 large can enchilada sauce (I did mild) and one carton chicken broth Taco seasoning packet 1 cup heavy cream Toppings: chips, avocado, sour cream, cheese, jalapeño Add everything except heavy cream to the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
