Hrna Eatz on Instagram: "Recipe ⤵️ Chilaquiles Rojos 🍳♥️ Ingredients: - 7-8 guajillo peppers (deseeded) - 3-4 chile de árbol - 1/4 large white onion - 4-5 garlic cloves - 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon - 1 tsp oregano - 10-15 tortillas - frying oil Toppings: - fried egg - queso fresco - red onions - mexican crema Directions: 1. Cut your tortillas into chips. 2. Fry in oil over med high heat until til golden brown (about 4-5 mins). remove onto paper towel lined plate, and sprinkle with some salt. 3. Fry your tomatoes & onions in a little oil until they have a nice char. 4. Add in your garlic & when it’s nice and fragrant add in your peppers. MAKE SURE TO NOT BURN THEM. 5. Once everything has a nice char add in 1 1/2 c water & cover. Let it steam for 7-10 mins till everything soften
