Rivertech Office Works

This project involves site master planning and building development for a highly restrictive URA river-front property. The design solution includes seven low-rise office buildings configured to accommodate small-to-medium sized office tenants. Site planning maximizes views of the river and utilizes streetscape urban planning while achieving suburban (free) parking ratios. The building imagery recalls the industrial history of the site.

Building 7 was proposed as a larger office space that could serve as a transition between the existing 1.5 story buildings and the taller Rivertech Centre on the adjacent property. Scale and massing of the centre were merged with the materials and details of the Rivertech Office Works.
