Kettlebell Bob and Weave
The kettlebell bob and weave exercise introduces some sideways (lateral) movement into this workout which activates the legs, hips and buttock muscles in a different way. You will also strengthen your back and improve your hip mobility with this exercise.
Kettlebell Double Lunge
The kettlebell double lunge is a tough exercise that will overload the legs, hips, buttocks and core muscles while working your cardio at the same time. The same principles apply for the double lunge as the regular lunge except you move from the reverse lunge to the forward lunge without putting your foot down between exercises.
