294K views · 14K reactions | Bailey's Chocolate Orange Pots I don't think I've ever shared a recipe that's been made as many times as this one has 🥹 I wanted to share them one last time so you don't have to hunt for the recipe on Christmas Eve! These are the easiest Christmas desserts, you can prep them ahead of time and and they're a great way to use those GU pots at the back of the cupboard 😅 You make these mint instead of orange, just swap for a mint Terry's and leave out the orange zest! I would love to know if you've made these before or you're planning on having the over Christmas! A x Makes 6 chocolate pots 157g chocolate orange 100g dark chocolate 100ml Baileys (or off brand equivalent) 1/2 tsp orange zest 300ml double cream 8 digestive biscuits 25g melted butter Place the digestive biscuits in a freezer bag, crush with a rolling pin until you have a rough crumb Add 25g of melted butter to the crumb and mix well until all of the crumbs are coated. Divide the biscuit between 6 ramekins and press down with the back of a teaspoon. Set aside 6 chocolate orange segments for the topping and put the rest in a microwaveable bowl with the dark chocolate broken into pieces Microwave the chocolate at 30 second intervals stirring each time before microwaving again. When most of the chocolate has melted remove from the microwave and stir until completely smooth, this will stop it overheating and getting gritty. Leave to cool Place 300ml double cream in a mixing bowl and using a hand blender, mix for 30 seconds. Don't do it any longer or it will be too thick. Add 100ml of Bailey’s, the orange zest and the melted chocolate and whisk briefly until smooth and one single colour. Divide the mixture between the ramekins and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before needed Place a chocolate orange segment on top of each one before serving #Christmas #christmasideas #christmasrecipes #goodfood #delicious #chocolate #chocolateorange #christmasideas #recipes #christmasdessert #baileys #easyrecipe #mealprep #homemade #comfortfood #cosy | Amy Sheppard

169K views · 5.7K reactions | Cherry Cheesecake Dip Is What You Need | Cherry Cheesecake Dip Is What You Need | By Drew Cooks | If you need to bring something to a party, cherry cheesecake dip is what you need to bring. Start by adding a block of softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl and then grab a 7 ounce container of marshmallow fluff and just ploop it right on top. Actually it's really hard to poop. Just get it in there however you can and then mix all of this until it's completely combined. You don't have to use a candy cane. I just pretended to do that to be festive. Next add a container of soft and cool whip. Ploop that right on top and mix it till it's completely combined as well. Then grab whatever you're going to serve it in. I'm using this Pyrex pie dish that my mom gave me but use whatever you want. Spread your filling out evenly like so and leave enough room for your cherry pie topping. Just pour it on top and then gently spread it edge to edge like this once you're happy with it. Take the whole thing and put it in your fridge to chill for well as long as you can patiently wait and then grab a graham cracker. Scoop up a big old bite like that and put it in your mouth. I mean of course it's delicious right? You saw everything that went in it. Obviously it's going to be good. But dang it it's good. And you can dip anything you want in it too. Not just graham crackers. Uh cookies. Uh your finger. A spoon. Whatever you want. Uh it's delicious. It's festive. It's easy. But what more do you want? Happy holidays. Oh I double dipped.
